sider pes 2021 can't open

i need help to run sider pes 2021.

when i try to run sider , i always get this virus agaiiinn & agaiiinn... ????

its containt :

file: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\icsys.icn.exe

file:
C:\Windows\svchost.exe

???? Sider App does not run after Unzip / Extract :

From windows task manager it shows Explorer.exe ( sider pes too box ) after click on sider it became a malware / virus but if i run sider app without extract from a zip...
