Due to heavy rainfall from Cyclone Fengal, schools and colleges in four districts of Tamil Nadu—Nilgiris, Villupuram, Cuddalore, and Puducherry—will remain closed on Tuesday. Other districts like Ranipet, Salem, and Tiruvannamalai will close only schools. Additionally, schools in Kallakurichi and Krishnagiri's specific areas will also be shut.
