Editorial: Putrid pardon politics

In pardoning his son, Hunter, President Biden has violated a pledge he gave to the public, has handed President-elect Donald Trump a justification to pardon the Jan. 6 rioters, and demeaned the presidency — all in support of a son who doesn’t deserve it.
