Ant and Dec forced to apologise after making ‘smutty remark’ on I’m A Celeb
DECLAN Donnelly has issued an apology after making an inappropriate comment live on air.
Taking to Tok Tok, Dec referred to the comment he made while appearing on I’m A Celeb spin-off show, Unpacked.

Before it cuts to a clip of the said comment, which sees Dec, 49, saying: “Thick bush, thick under…,”.
To which Ant, and Unpacked host Joel Dommet, start laughing and Ant reponds with: “And what happened on the show?”
A smirking Dec then says: “Thick, the thick jungle,” while holding his hand in an upside-down claw position.
Joel then attempts to move on by saying: “That’s all we’ve got time for”.
But Dec persists by saying: “Thick, think,” and keeping his hand in the same position.
Ant then tries to push Dec’s hand down as all three, as well as co-hosts Kemi Rodgers and Sam Thompson, struggle to contain their laughter.
Joel then says: “The hand isn’t helping.” Before Ant, 49, asks: “Why are you doing that?”
Then Ant adds: “Don’t say thick bush and do that. Those two combined are not good.”
It then cuts back to Ant and Dec in the studio, when Ant says: “Thick bush was fine, but it was the hand gesture, alongside the thick bush comment, which got you into hot water.”
Dec then puts his hand in the same position, and says: “I’m sorry about the…”
Before Ant slaps Dec’s hand down and says: ” Don’t do it again! Don’t do it again!”
Sunday’s I’m A Celebrity saw Radio 1 DJ Dean McCulloch become the second person to be given the boot from the ITV 1 show, after Loose Woman and Sun columnist Jane Moore.
In an interview with Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain, Dean, who viewers voted for seven bushtucker trials, spoke about Ant’s harsh attitude towards him.
Things between the pair seemed to come to a head when Dean, 32, quit one of the trials early, and Ant didn’t hide his dissapointment.
But Dean insists the Geordie’s “tough love” approach only made him want to get back in his good books, which he believes he did.
He told Susanna: “When Ant was telling me off for saying ‘I’m A Celebrity get me out of here,’ I felt it was a proper telling off.
“I feel like he meant it.
“So I did what I was told and I wanted to to win him back around,
which I think I did in the end.”
