KERRY Katona was sent home from a panto rehearsal after slurring her words as she struggled with medication after a car accident.
The 44-year-old former Atomic Kitten star reportedly crashed her £200,000 Lamborghini after skidding on black ice.
The reality TV star and former popstress is starring alongside her fellow I’m a Celeb jungle buddy Katie Price in Cinderella at Northwich Memorial Court.
However, she told fans in a video interview that she had been sent home for slurring her words due to taking strong painkillers.
She said: “Yesterday I got sent home from panto.
“I can barely remember coming home.
“I can’t say white rabbits anyway; for those of you who are not aware, I crashed my car. I also cracked my ribs and got put on some heavy medication.
“I do not like taking things that make me feel like I’m not in control but I’ve been put on strong medication.”
“I’m still in pain but we must power through.
As December began, she could not fulfil any of her diary commitments, saying she had to miss a gig at the Eagle Bar in Manchester.
She added: “I think I did speak to the manager, I don’t remember.
“I’m very, very sleepy, and I haven’t been downstairs to see what the elves have done – I don’t like that feeling so I’m coming off the medication.
However, she added: “I am sure those of you who have ever had cracked ribs and bruising will know the pain I am in.”
Not only this but she has been going through some personal pain, following her split from Ryan Mahoney and with her mother being in hospital.
“I’ve got a heartbreak and a rib break,” she admitted.
“If anyone has any glue to mend my heart back together, that would be really helpful.
“Forget the rib, my heart hearts more.”
Her costar and longtime friend Katie has been a shoulder to cry on.
They have supported one another during rehearsals for the show taking regular vape breaks and having Insta and selfie sessions.
The noughties stars have been pals for 20 years after meeting in the Jungle in 2004’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
On her feed, she larks around with the former glamour model, both with their feet in the air, making jibes about how many divorces they had had and when Katie broke her foot.
The curtains go up on December 8 and fans are hoping Kerry will be fit enough for opening night.
Kerry suffers from bipolar disorder and ADHD and she has been in rehab before for addiction and mental health problems.
Meanwhile, Katy Price has had numerous plastic surgeries this year.
