IIT Kharagpur final placements Day 1: 750-plus offers received including PPOs; top offer of Rs 2.14 crore

IIT Kharagpur students received 750 offers, including pre-placement offers, by the end of Day 1 of Phase-I for 2024-25 placements. Nine students secured international offers, and 11 received compensation packages exceeding Rs 1 crore. Companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Capital One participated actively. Interviews were conducted in hybrid mode, with many companies present in person.
