Sitharaman, Rupani to be BJP's central observers for Maha MLAs meet to elect leader

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and former Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani have been named by the BJP as central observers for the Maharashtra legislature party's meeting. MLAs will elect their leader, likely to be the next chief minister. The new government's oath-taking ceremony is set for December 5 at Azad Maidan, South Mumbai.
