Sen. Alex Padilla says Donald Trump has "made it no secret that he has it in for California

Democratic Sen. Alex Padilla of California tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that "there doesn't have to be a conflict unless that's what Trump wants" as his state's governor, Gavin Newsom, has convened a special session this week to set aside money to battle the incoming Trump administration.
