Adani Ports-led Colombo project right on track: Sirimewan Ranasinghe, Chairman, SLPA

The Adani Ports-led Colombo port terminal project in Sri Lanka is progressing smoothly, according to Sirimewan Ranasinghe, chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA). The terminal, set to become operational in February 2025, is being developed to leverage Sri Lanka's strategic location on major shipping routes, with significant investment from the US International Development Finance Corporation.
