Winter Archery Tournament

Indoor Shooting Protocols & Etiquette
Our indoor sessions are getting very popular and we want to be sure everyone who comes out gets ample opportunity to shoot, so here’s some pointers and friendly reminders:
- Come early, stay late – everyone needs to pitch in for set up and take down.
- When you arrive, put up a target, that is your shooting spot. If you arrive after, find a butt with an open space and put up a target between ends. If it looks full, remember we can accommodate 3 on a butt. Just find a butt with fast shooters and join them.
- Don’t be intimidated by being last on the line, we’ll wait. But remember, 3 arrows only as it’s not fair to have others wait for you to shoot extra arrows.
- Yes, we could shoot 2 lines (4 targets to a butt), but 2 lines means only half as much time for shooting, so we want to stick to one line.
- If you want to shoot close up and we’re full, try and keep it to one butt close (share).
- If you have ANY questions, just ask the whistle blower, we want you to enjoy yourself!
