RAU's Study circle case: Delhi HC requests CBI to appoint senior officer to monitor investigation

The Delhi High Court requests the CBI to appoint a senior officer for regular monitoring of the investigation into the RAU's IAS Study Circle case. This follows a plea by the father of deceased student Nevin Dalvin, after the trial court denied his request for a change of Investigation Officer.
