Maharashtra without CM for 8 days because poll verdict against wishes of people: Raut

Sanjay Raut of Shiv Sena (UBT) claims an unnatural verdict in the Maharashtra elections has caused delays in selecting a new chief minister. Caretaker CM Eknath Shinde has gone to his village amidst government formation efforts. Maha Vikas Aghadi is studying the poll results and remains united despite their defeat in the assembly polls.
