New govt in Maharashtra to be formed on Dec 5, Devendra Fadnavis frontrunner for CM post: BJP leader

The Mahayuti alliance will form a new government in Maharashtra on December 5. Devendra Fadnavis is the frontrunner for the chief minister post. The BJP emerged as the largest party in recent assembly polls. A meeting to choose the BJP legislature party leader will be held on December 2. Ajit Pawar's NCP and Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena are supporting Fadnavis.
