Rensselaer police looking for missing man

RENSSELAER, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Rensselaer city police are looking for a missing vulnerable man. Richard Webber is 81 years old and was last seen around 4:30 p.m. Friday on Walker Street.

He has dementia and diabetes and may be in need of medical attention.

Webber drives a brown 2014 Kia Forte with New York registration BRW-8261. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.
