Global headhunters can now access Independent Directors databank

India opened its records of over 30,000 independent directors to global headhunters to help companies hire key personnel. Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs signed agreements with six executive search firms. This move makes it easier for firms to access eligible professionals for independent director roles.
