House of Abhinandan Lodha buys American Center in South Mumbai’s Marine Lines

The House of Abhinandan Lodha acquired the American Center in South Mumbai for over Rs 56 crore. The iconic seven-storey structure will be developed into a super-luxury residential project. The transaction was completed after obtaining necessary approvals from the US and Indian governments. Previously, the building was part of the US Consulate General.
