RG Kar corruption case: CBI files chargesheet in Alipore District and Sessions Court; Sandip Ghosh and 4 others named

The Central Bureau of Investigation filed chargesheet in Alipore District and Sessions Court against five individuals, including former Principal of RG Kar Medical College, Sandip Ghosh. The case involves financial irregularities and corruption at the institution. Over 100 witness statements were recorded, and more than 500 pages of supporting documents were submitted. Former Deputy Superintendent Akhtar Ali was the whistleblower.
