Sprint bronze for Smolskaya at start of Russian Biathlon Cup

Leader of the Belarusian biathlon team Dzinara Smolskaya had one penalty to finish third, 16 seconds behind the winner, Natalya Shevchenko from Sverdlovsk Oblast. Silver went to Kristina Reztsova from Moscow Oblast.
