'I heard victims' voices after landslide, but couldn't do anything', says neighbour

KUALA BERANG: Danial Arabi, 36, the first individual to arrive after a landslide at Jalan Bukit Apit, Ajil, Hulu Terengganu said he heard the victims’ voices asking for help, but he couldn’t do anything because he didn’t know their whereabouts.
