Aster, Care Hospitals merger deal may be finalised today

Aster DM Healthcare's board is set to meet today to potentially finalize a reverse merger with Care Hospitals, which is backed by private equity firm Blackstone, according to sources. Aster DM's shares rose 2.51%, trading at Rs 500.10 on the BSE as of Friday morning.
