Go First proposes new liquidator after objections from tribunal

On Thursday, the bankrupt airline Go First filed an application with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) seeking approval for a new liquidator, after the tribunal raised objections to the liquidator previously approved by the airline's Committee of Creditors (CoC).
