Missing Wisconsin kayaker alive based on proof of life video provided to Green Lake Sheriff's Department

Ryan Borgwardt, 45, of Watertown, is confirmed alive — although his location remains unknown — after he shared a short video with the Green Lake County Sheriff's Department on Nov. 11.
