On its first day, Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire holds
				
																	
								
				Residents of southern Lebanon and northern Israel began to return to their homes Wednesday as a U.S.-backed ceasefire between Israel and the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah took effect.
