Spanish hotels will have to start collecting sensitive details on Brit tourists from next week

The new regulations are due to come into force on Monday and will oblige hotels, travel agencies, campsites car rental firms and even accommodation apps to submit detailed customer data including holidaymakers' home addresses and bank card information.
