Judge denies Best's admission to diversion program for Visit Perrysburg theft

BOWLING GREEN — Ruling that a defense assertion that Visit Perrysburg’s former executive director was mentally ill when she misspent agency funds did not meet state qualifications, a Wood County judge denied a motion for intervention in lieu of conviction and set a trial date instead.
