Jury recommends improved supervision after death of Sinéad O'Connor's son ruled a suicide

The inquest heard New Beginnings residential care centre in Newbridge, Co Kildare, had continued to support Shane by providing staff to assist TUH and Shane’s father, Donal Lunny (pictured), with 24/7 supervision of him after his admission to the hospital.
