Temasek-backed SeaTown and Lim form enterprise tech services firm Skyform

SeaTown Holdings and tech investor Lim Yuan En launched Skyform. Skyform is an enterprise technology services company. The company will operate in the Asia Pacific region. They have committed S$100 million in capital. Skyform will grow by acquiring and scaling existing companies. This aligns with SeaTown's investment strategy.
