Trump border czar meets with officials in Texas amid plan to enlist local law enforcement

President-elect Trump's border czar met with federal and local officials in Texas and says he plans to "take the handcuffs off" Immigration and Customs Enforcement on deporting undocumented immigrants. One part of the new program would let federal officials partner with local law enforcement to deport people in this country illegally. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports.
