New centerback options
It's time to start thinking about converting other players to CB, since Ream isn't going to last until 2026.
Carter-Vickers and Trusty don't inspire me - they're not going to get us past a top 20 Fifa team.
Richards is good in spurts, but haven't seen enough of him lately.
Options:
Tessman could be tried at CB - he has the skills and passing to excel there.
If Tessman is CB, we can play two of Adams/McKennie/Musah/Cardoso/Busio at DM.
