1. David Warner (Australia)

The former Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper wasn’t able to find any bidders at the 2024 IPL auction. Warner’s high base price of INR 2 crore is deemed as one of the reasos why the Australian batter didn’t get bought by any franchise.

2. Kane Williamson (New Zealand)

The former Kiwi skipper played some fine knocks in the IPL especially while playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Despite his great record on Indian pitches, the franchises showed no interest for him in this year’s auction.

3. Steve Smith (Australia)

The former Rajasthan Royals skipper wasn’t able to attracted no interest from any franchise at the 2024 IPL auction. One of the main reasons why Smith wasn’t bought is due to his slow run-scoring rate which is only effective in red-ball cricket.

4. Shakib Al Hasan (Bangladesh)

The former Kolkata Knight Riders star wasn’t able to find any bidders despite his impressive performances in the previous seasons. Shakib may not to give his name in the auction for IPL’s next edition as he is expected to retire from the game soon.

5. Jonny Bairstow (England)

The former Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad star was left unsold at the 2024 IPL auction. This came as a big surprise as Bairstow has showcased some amazing power-hitting in the previous seasons of the league.
