Property Share Investment Trust's REIT IPO, PropShare Platina, opens on December 2. This is India's first small and medium REIT. The scheme offers a projected distribution yield of 9% for FY26. The investment will be in Prestige Tech Platina, a LEED Gold office building on Outer Ring Road, Bangalore.
