Meesho launches GenAI-powered voice bot to provide 24x7 customer support

Meesho introduced a voice bot for customer service. The bot handles 60,000 calls daily in Hindi and English. It resolves 95% of issues. Average handling time improved by 50%. The bot will soon support six more regional languages. Meesho aims to make customer support more efficient.
