Disney settles suit over women's pay for $43 million

Disney settled a lawsuit over gender pay disparity. The company will pay $43.3 million. Around 9,000 current and former female employees were part of the suit. They claimed they earned less than male counterparts. Disney will hire a labor economist to analyze pay equity. A judge still needs to approve the settlement.
