The Hot Stove has also been dead, but the Angels just signed Yusei Kikuchi for 3 years and $63 million. That's about $10M guaranteed over FanGraphs' projections, but user pezzicle points out it's in line with what MLB Trade Rumors said... it's the Angels, so it's hard to say how much it means for the starting pitcher market overall. It's not good, but maybe not hugely indicative of inflated prices

Zack Meisel of the Athletic is on paternity leave. Congratulations to him... and there's another source of news dried up.
