CSTO Collective Security Council to meet in Astana on 28 November

A joint meeting of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council, the CSTO Defense Ministers Council, the CSTO Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils, and a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council will be held in Astana on 28 November.
