Property Share files offer document for Rs 353 crore IPO of India's first SM REIT

Property Share Investment Trust (PSIT) has filed the offer document for PropShare Platina, India's first SM REIT, with an issue size of up to Rs 353 crore. The IPO will open on December 2. The scheme offers a projected distribution yield of 9% for FY26, 8.7% for FY27, and 8.6% for FY28. The units will be listed on BSE.
