At least 22 Somalis dead after boats capsize off Madagascar

TEHRAN, Nov. 25 (MNA) – At least 22 Somali citizens died when two migrant boats capsized off the coast of Madagascar over the weekend, Somalia's Information Minister Daud Aweis said.
