CPI(M) calls for judicial inquiry into Vikram Gowda encounter

A CPI(M) team visited the site of a police encounter in Hebri taluk. The encounter resulted in the death of maoist Vikram Gowda. The team interviewed locals and Vikram Gowda's family.
