Asteroid 2006 WB, about 100 meters wide, will pass by Earth on November 26 at a safe distance of 2.3 lunar distances. This close approach allows astronomers to study the asteroid, which is one of many near-Earth objects providing valuable insights into our solar system. Recently, a smaller asteroid, 2024 PT5, briefly orbited Earth as a "mini moon."
