About 850 IRS officers took retirement under VRS in last 10 years: MoS Finance

Over 850 Indian Revenue Service officers have opted for voluntary retirement in the past decade. Customs officials seized over 2,746 kg of gold at Kerala airports between FY20 and October 2024. Financial fraud in banks and institutions has decreased significantly, from ₹9,298 crore in FY22 to ₹2,715 crore in FY24.
