IPL 2025 Mega Auction Day 2: Full Player List, remaining team purse, TV Timing and live streaming details

After a record breaking opening day in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Mega Auction on Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday, the 10 franchises are set to resume action on second day to fill the remaining slots in their teams with the budget remaining.

A total of Rs 467.95 crore was spent on the opening day of mega auction with 72 players sold and 12 players remaining unsold. Punjab Kings had entered the auction with the biggest team purse of Rs 110.5 crore but only have Rs 22.5 crore remaining ahead of Day 2.

Indian cricketers Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer shattered all records becoming the two most expensive buys ever. Lucknow Super Giants bought Pant for Rs 27 crore while Punjab Kings snapped up Iyer for Rs 26.75 crore.

The auction process will resume on the Day 2 from Set No. 13, starting with Player No. 84 (now 85), Mayank Agarwal, and go on up till Player No. 116 (now 117) in Set No. 17, Vijayakanth Viyaskanth before the accelerated auction process will begin in the second half of the day. The teams have already submitted their list of players who they want for the accelerated auction on Sunday night.
