Taiwan reports Chinese balloon, first time in six months

Taiwan's defence ministry reported a Chinese balloon over the sea north of Taiwan. This is the first such incident since April. Taiwan sees this as part of China's harassment. Taiwan earlier complained about Chinese balloon activity before its January presidential election. China claims Taiwan as its territory. Taiwan says the balloons are part of China's pressure campaign.
