Punit Goenka withdraws consent to be Zee MD again

Punit Goenka has resigned as Managing Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises to focus on his role as CEO. The board has endorsed his decision, promoting CFO Mukund Galgali to Deputy CEO. Goenka will remain a board member and his compensation will be tied to performance targets.
