Danny’s the jungle shining star but bed wars are coming to the camp: Rebekah Vardy’s I’m a Celeb diary
IT’S blowing a gale in the UK but there’s definitely a rumble in the jungle.
Everyone came face to face with the ultimate teddy bear’s picnic last night. Junkyard have absolutely been busted but main camp were very forgiving when they found out the reasons why.
Well of course they would be because junkyard are no traitors.
Pigs eyes, fermented herrings, cockroaches, blended beachworms, scorpions, pig snouts, crocodile anus, goat testicles (even worse), witchetty grubs, cows teats, vomit fruit (which is THE worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my whole life), meal worms, sheep’s brains, bum holes… legends of the food challenges.
But I tell you what, it’s a real, real test as these delicacies really make the gag reflexes kick in.
Richard acted like he was at a vintage cheese tasting evening and Maura devoured those pigs eyes.
She most definitely isn’t all mouth. Her smoothie and the scorpions – oh my God, she absolutely smashed it.
I actually heaved while she drank that because it looked so disgusting, God knows what it must’ve smelt like.
Honestly, the eating trials are such grim experiences but we live for some of those facial expressions.
They really did have a feast – but think of the protein guys!
Aww, Danny! He has the most infectious personality and he’s definitely, definitely still shining.
How excited was he about his coconut rice for breakfast? And it does make a change from all those horrible rice and beans.
And I’m buzzing for him, he got his bed.
Though sometimes you’ve just got to take the bull by its horns and seize the opportunity.
But I tell you what – there are going to be some serious bed wars coming up, that’s for sure.

MAURA Higgins is a late entry to I'm A Celeb 2024. Yet who is joining her?
2019 Love Island star Maura, 33, will be a late entry to the jungle line-up.
She will head into the I’m A Celeb camp, along with the Reverend Richard Coles, 62.
The duo will join the likes of Coleen Rooney, Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones in Ant and Dec’s jungle camp a week into this year’s star-spangled series.
Yet initially the duo will have their own private base – and a secret mission – before heading into the main compound Down Under.
Maura has already described the jungle as “hell.”
Meanwhile Richard, who has starred on Strictly, has confessed his biggest “fear.”
And fair play to the Rev – he’s so drama free.
But Dean… really doesn’t want to sleep with the rats, does he? He’s definitely not very happy.
