Governor invites Hemant Soren to form govt in Jharkhand, oath on Nov 28

Hemant Soren, leader of the INDIA bloc, has been elected as the legislature party leader in Jharkhand. He met with Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar and staked claim to form the government after his alliance secured 56 seats in the Assembly elections. Soren will be sworn in as the Chief Minister for the fourth time on November 28th.
