India Gate sets eyes beyond basmati, to foray into mixed spices, rice bran oil

KRBL Ltd., known for its 'India Gate' basmati rice, is expanding into mixed spices and rice bran edible oil. The company plans to launch a range of spices under the 'India Gate' brand, starting with biryani masala. KRBL will also introduce 'healthy' edible oil, leveraging its existing production of unrefined rice bran oil.
