To the editor: Santa Libertarian was ballot buster

Tom Pruss, who is arguably best known for playing Santa Claus, gave the Democratic party an early Christmas present with his entry into the 9th Congressional District race between Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur and Republican challenger Derek Merrin.
