Judge Merchan delays sentencing in Trump hush money trial

Judge Juan Merchan has postponed the sentencing hearing for President-elect Trump and set a new deadline for the defense lawyers to submit arguments as to why the case should be dismissed now that Trump has won re-election. NBC’s Aaron Gilchrist reports for TODAY.
