IAS-IFS love story: This couple met in Kota, entered into a relationship at IIT, and got married after becoming IAS and IFS officers; Know who they are

A few love stories resemble the script of a film, with all the elements of love, struggle, and a final climax leading to a happy ending. Here, we are going to discuss the love story of an IAS officer and an IFS officer, which includes all these elements.

IFS Arushi Mishra and IAS charchit Gaud are posted in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra. Both had met in a coaching institute in Rajasthan’s Kota. At that time, neither of them imagined that they would eventually tie the nuptial knot and become husband and wife.

Arushi Mishra hails from UP’s Prayagraj while Charchit Gaud is a native of Rajasthan’s Kota. Arushi went to Kota for preparation of JEE Main and there she met Charchit. Both got selected in engineering. Charchit earned B. Tech from IIT Delhi while Arushi graduated from IIT Roorkee. 

Arushi and charchit started conversation during their engineering studies and came close to each other. After completing graduation, Charchit started preparations for UPSC in 2015. Charchit cracked UPSC exam in his first attempt with AIR rank 96. He is an IAS of 2016 batch. 

For Arushi, it was not a cake walk for her in securing a government job. The couple went through a tough phase but it was over after Arushi too cracked the exam and got second rank in IFS examination. The couple got married in 2021.
