Re: Lack of Afro
As requested, Casper, here's my review.
Bush Hall was sold out & packed to the rafters with a slightly older crowd than I expected.
Nevertheless, everyone was massively up for the show & were properly engaged throughout.
As were the band, who seemed to be having a ball.
Gibbons leaves most of the inter-song chat to the singer who did a great job of keeping things moving & has a great soulful voice live.
This was the set list from Newcastle & they pretty much followed the same in London.

The band itself was tight & the songs sounded great live.
My only caveat is that they didn't have a rapper with them so didn't play any of the hip hop stuff.
All in all, a great night & I'd thoroughly recommend it as a night out to anyone who likes funk.
